It’s new Hybrid CT member Juli here with a game of gallery I Spy.  What’s that you say?  Well, it’s where you take a trip through the Sweet Shoppe layout gallery searching for something special.  This week I was searching for some inspiration that featured Eva’s awesome kits.  The only rule?  I wanted to see what our customers do with the kits so didn’t pick any layouts from Eva’s main CT.

I had a super hard time deciding on my Pick of the Week from the layouts that my team made.  They are all so fabulous!  I finally picked this layout by Sanna.  I just adore Sanna… she has been on my Creative Team almost since I first started designing (at least 3 years) and I just love her scrapping style.  I also love that she uses my kits to document her own family’s treasured memories.   There are sooo many things I really like about this layout, but I think my favorite is all of her layering around that stunning photo!  On top of that… her title work is so unique and just grabs you!  Great job Sanna!  You can click on her layout to be taken directly to her gallery at Sweet Shoppe Designs.  She has a truly stunning gallery!  Very inspirational!

Just look at all of the awesome layouts/projects that my team came up with using my new kit!  No wonder I had such a hard time choosing just one as my favorite.  You can click on the image to go to the SSD gallery that has loads of fabulous pages using my designs.

It’s Melissa here…one of Eva’s new hybrid divas.  As you could guess, I am absolutely in love with hybrid.  I think I could cut and glue paper all day!  And to use Eva’s paper just makes them gorgeous!  Here’s my latest hybrid endeavor with Eva’s kit, Next Tuesday.

I made a gift box.  I used a new template for a mini shirt box that measuses 6″ by 4″.  That’s a great size for photos, mini albums, notecards, and a multitude of other little trinkets. 

I used this adorable paper from Eva’s kit in the green and blue.  I simply clipped the paper to the template and printed.  I cut the template and scored it on the lines. 

I assembled using the template instructions…basically glueing a few tabs for both the top and bottom of the box.  Then the bottom fits snuggly into the top and within about 5 minutes I had this little hybrid masterpiece.  It is to me, at least!   I wrapped in some bright pink ribbon for a bit of funkiness and it’s ready to give.  This would also be cute with a little matching hybrid tag!

Eva’s Pick of the Week!  This is my absolute favorite paper in this kit and Laura did an awesome job using it.  Bright funky patterns are sometimes difficult to pull off, but Laura did it with style to spare!  You can click on the image below to be taken directly to the Sweet Shoppe Designs gallery!

Let me tell you… my divas REALLY came through for me this week!  It is a wonder I have any layouts to show you at all.  I didn’t end up finishing this kit until LATE last night and I was AMAZED at how quickly they worked.  Of course I don’t have as many layouts as I usually do, but I certainly do not expect my team to drop everything they are doing to make me a layout when I am the one that was late getting it to them.  Just look at the yumminess of the layouts and project below!  Yum Yum!!
